Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

For U.S. orders, Standard shipping is $4.99. Estimated delivery is usually 2–5 business days after processing, depending on the carrier and delivery location.

For U.S. orders, Standard shipping is free when you purchase 2 or more PowerReady charging kits or your order reaches $70. The Duo Kit counts as one kit toward the two-kit offer. The two-kit free-shipping offer does not apply to Express shipping. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, incorrect shipping information, or other delays outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. PowerReady is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
